Solicite este hotel por que tiene servicio del añberca u xon este calor quise utilizarla y el personal me dijo que no podia utilizarla para que la ofrecen en el paquete si no la podemos utilizar decepcionante y quisiera mi reembolso xk ni ocupe la habitacion mas de 2 horas por que ocupe hotel por la alberca xk ni pase en la habitacion y que me salgan que no la puedo utilizar

A good deal. I asked for ground floor but he said they were all booked up but didn’t check the computer and put me on the third floor. I had booked weeks in advance. $60 cash deposit required. Never experienced that before. Comfortable place and a good value.

The room was cancelled without any notice, I had called for an early check in and they told me that my room was cancelled and there was nothing I can do about it. Mind you, I called a few days earlier to ask about any early check in and confirmed that it is possible with my check in.

First night was rocky, the room we were given had no television. In the morning we were put in another room, and all the staff was amazing and very helpful.
